Call for Abstracts

Open August 1, 2025 - September 25, 2025

Practitioners, researchers, and students are encouraged to submit a presentation or poster abstract that supports our shared goal of increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of travel monitoring programs. We hope to hear from agencies of all forms — from small local highway districts to major transportation research institutions. Each abstract will be asked to fit into the three categories of Collecting, Processing, or Sharing. The abstract submittal form will also ask the presenter to choose a sub-category of best fit based on the following:
