Presenter Information

Following are some important documents for presenters.

The general rule for each session is as follows:

Moderator introduces the session and each speaker. Only one speaker is allowed per presentation.
Sessions with three (3) presentations will typically allow each speaker 16 minutes to present.
Sessions with two (2) presentations and a Lightning Talk will typically allow each speaker 20 minutes to present. Lightning Talks are capped at 5 minutes.
Sessions with two (2) presentations and two (2) Lightning Talks will typically allow each speaker 18 minutes to present. Lightning Talks are capped at 5 minutes.
All lectern sessions should retain at least 10 minutes at the end of the session for Q&A. Moderator will hold all questions until the end and encourage attendees to use the chat or question pod to submit questions during each presentation. Remind attendees to include the speaker’s name at the beginning of each question being submitted.
